The first 10 day have passed in a bit of blur. I admit i had a few days of panic ( I’m not sure if this was the lack of control or the fact the kids were coming home!!!). Then I dusted myself off and just tried to get on.
The other side of my business HartleyHeys Pilates & Yoga we have taken online. My time has been busy sorting that out. All i can is the first week has been trial and error but this week its been good. And i have genuinely looking forward to classes and the routine.
As for Sporting Therapies, Ive finally started a mailing list, I promise i wont send endless emails and spam you all the time.
What’s next? It’s a bit like this emoji 🤷♀️. Obviously we cant see clients face to face. However there are a few options, over the phone, FaceTime, or via Zoom. If you have any issues please get in touch. I will do this for free as long as you do a good turn for some else or donate some money to a charity.
Over the next week i will do a runners/bikers foam rolling session. And film some excellent stretches that can be done at home.
The most important part of this Coronavirus lock down is trying to stay positive and move everyday. Walking, running, biking, pilates, yoga or just moving to music
